Prior to Merrill Lynch, Seth was a Director at SITE Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund, after beginning his career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Prudential Volpe Technology Partners, a San Francisco investment bank. Seth is active in several non- profit organizations, including as chair of the Harvard Club of New York’s Philanthropy and Non-Profit Group.

Mr. Werdiger also led the effort to partner with Blackstone’s Private Equity business as the company focuses on continued growth and expansion. ​In addition to leading Outerstuff and involvement in various other business ventures, Mr. Werdiger is also active in many charitable and community-based groups to which he lends his time and resources. He serves as a Director and/or Trustee on numerous boards of philanthropic, educational and cultural organizations to which he provides his expertise and experience. In addition to Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Agudath Israel of America, Mr. Werdiger serves on the boards of Business Halacha Institute, Chush, Gur, Project Refuah and Project Witness. Mr. Werdiger, along with his wife Esther, have 4 children, 19 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Matt is the Chief Innovation Officer of Two Sigma Investments. He joined Two Sigma in 2003 and since then has led a number of company-wide efforts in both engineering and modeling. Matt is also a Venture Partner at Two Sigma Ventures and works as a board member and advisor with portfolio companies. Matt began his career at Bell Labs and later moved to IBM Research, where he was responsible for a number of early efforts in tablet computing and distributed computing. In 2000, Matt was lead developer and manager for Entrisphere, Inc., where he helped create a product providing access equipment for broadband service providers. Matt earned a BA and MA in Math from Oxford University, and a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. He also holds a PhD in Mathematics from Columbia University, where he taught for many years.
